San Antonio police officer disciplined over handling of suspected DWI crash of fellow cop
A San Antonio police officer was suspended for three days over claims she broke department rules about body camera-usage and communicating with supervisors when she showed up at the site of a crash involving another officer. Officer Kristina O. Cobarrubias arrived at an early-morning vehicle collision on June 13 being handled by University of Texas at San Antonio police, according to city disciplinary records. The accident involved off-duty SAPD Officer Damean Segovia, whom UTSA police arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, the documents show.
