San Antonio nonprofit Artpace celebrates 30 years with new rooftop event space and gala

Artpace, a nonprofit artist residency program in San Antonio, is celebrating its 30th anniversary by rolling out numerous updates and plans. One such update is a roof renovation, "which will transform Artpace's rooftop into a vibrant outdoor area for programming, complete with a shade structure and solar panels," the nonprofit shared in an emailed statement. Though a completion date is yet to be determined, the downtown space located at 445 N. Main Street plans to throw a "big rooftop celebration open to the public" once it is ready to make its debut.
