North San Antonio dining spots Tulum Mexican Cuisine and Ginger's Bistro to make debut this fall
San Antonio's new restaurant development is continuing its northward march with new Mexican dining spot replacing the former Rusty Taco on Bulverde Road, and an upstart bistro taking shape on TPC Parkway. The first concept, Tulum Mexican Cuisine, is slated to open sometime this fall at 17026 Bulverde Road, according to a sign posted above the entrance of the shuttered Rusty Taco.
