Homeowner sues San Antonio police, saying officers used excessive force during his wrongful arrest
San Antonio homeowner wrongly arrested by police last year has sued the city, SAPD and the three officers involved, charging that he was subjected to excessive force and physical injury. Alex Adam Delgado filed the suit Feb. 7 in Bexar County District Court, alleging a trio of officers came to his house Feb. 24, 2024, to respond to a reported break-in. He argues police forced their way inside even though he was "compliant" and told them no one had called for help.
