Fast food behemoth Taco Bell is back in the news for its ... ahem ... interesting takes on classic Mexican food offerings. This time, the chain is sharing its take on quesatacos and the complex, rich flavors of birria, a Jalisco-born, chili-laden meat stew. The Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco, which debuted last month, is a mainstreamed version of the Mexican favorite — the original version of which typically features a crispy grilled corn tortillas stuffed with braised meat and cheeses.
