Who says San Antonio is "boring"? Case in point, Alamo resident Johnny Hernandez encountered a peculiar sight around 2 p.m. on Monday while running errands in downtown San Antonio. At the highway overpass at Josephine Street and Avenue B, a VIA bus was stopped with lights flashing and a shirtless gentleman had somehow climbed on top and commandeered its roof.
