After visiting the controversy-plagued Karnes County Immigration Processing Center on Friday, U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro called out the Trump Administration for manufacturing an environment for the tour that felt “very staged.” “They make everything look good while you visit, but the facilities have gotten more grim over the years,” the San Antonio Democrat said on a media call.
