Two defendants settle in suit over San Antonio-Austin 'Trump train' harassment of Biden bus

Two of eight defendants sued for participating in a "Trump train" that allegedly harassed Biden campaign workers traveling north from San Antonio just before the 2020 election have agreed to settle, attorneys for the plaintiffs said Thursday. The attorneys are moving to dismiss claims against New Braunfels-area residents Hannah Ceh and Kyle Kruger in a suit brought by former state Sen. Wendy Davis and three others traveling on a Biden campaign bus swarmed by Trump supporters' vehicles. The case against six other defendants remains pending and is scheduled to go to trial next April, according to court records.
