Texas Testicle Festival in Fredericksburg inviting people to have a ball this summer
Those who go nuts for Rocky Mountain oysters, or batter-fried bull balls, will have a chance to celebrate the dubious delicacy at a festival in Fredericksburg this summer. The Texas Testicle Festival will take place Aug. 31 at Bankersmith, Texas, which describes itself online as "an ice haus, dancehall and ghost town" located a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. The gathering will run from noon until 4 p.m.
