The suspect arrested last week on allegations he fired a gun during a street brawl outside a popular downtown nightclub is on the run after cutting off his GPS ankle monitor, the Express-News reports. San Antonio Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of 38-year-old Joseph Reynaldo Olivarri, the daily reports. Olivarri is wanted on active warrants, including unlawful carrying of a weapon with a prior felony conviction, tampering with an electronic monitoring device and a parole violation, court records show.
