San Antonio to host second annual gun buyback event later this month
After initiating a gun buyback last year that removed hundreds of weapons from circulation, San Antonio Councilman and mayoral candidate John Courage is hosting yet another such exchange later this month. The second annual weapons exchange organized by the District 9 councilman will take place Sunday, Nov. 24, in the parking lot of the Alamodome, 100 Montana St., according to new details unveiled by his office. It will run noon to 5 p.m.
