San Antonio rent prices largely unchanged from a year ago, study says
In news that may have renters breathing a sigh of relief, the median cost of one- and two-bedroom apartments in San Antonio is largely unchanged from last year, online marketplace Zumper reported in its most recent monthly market study. The median price to rent a one-bedroom apartment in San Antonio stands at $1,050, a 0.9% decline from 12 months ago, according to Zumper's data. Meanwhile, the average cost of a two-bedroom unit held steady at $1,350.
