A San Antonio man is in police custody on accusations he shot his coworker at a popular River Walk restaurant over the weekend, according to media reports. San Antonio police arrested Talano Garcia, 20, alleging that he shot 43-year-old David Alvarado in the head at Cafe Ole, 521 River Walk, around 1 a.m. Sunday.
