San Antonio expecting traffic snarls Friday between Billy Joel and Day of the Dead events
The City of San Antonio is warning of heavy traffic congestion Friday as the city welcomes thousands of visitors for several highly anticipated events. Billy Joel and Sting are scheduled to play the Alamodome. Meanwhile, the city is also hosting its Day of the Dead River Parade.
