Victor Wembanyama, the French phenom at the center of the San Antonio Spurs, celebrated his 21st birthday Saturday — and a local artist and superfan created a new work to commemorate the occasion. Printmaker Ray "Tattooed Boy" Scarborough shared an image Saturday on his Instagram account of a colorfully dressed Wemby holding two stacks of red Solo cups, the top ones overflowing with suds.
