San Antonio’s 10 best releases of 2024 run the gamut from dream-pop to dream-crushing metal
While it’s easy to complain about everything from Autotune to Spotify killing real music, there’s still plenty being produced. And, yes, quite a lot of it coming out of the Alamo City, assuming you’re willing to seek it out. As evidence of that wealth of compelling sounds, we had a hard time picking just 10 local releases to praise as the year’s best.
