San Antonio's long-awaited Loop 1604, I-10 Eastbound ramp set to open Thursday
After three years of North Side traffic headaches, the Texas Department of Transportation is finally set to open the long-awaited Loop 1604 flyover eastbound to I-10. The ramp will officially open at 5 p.m. this Thursday, according to TxDOT officials. "Are you ready for an easier commute?" the state agency tweeted Wednesday morning.
