More than 15 San Antonio-area culinary teams will duke it out later this month at the inaugural Norteño Fest to decide who makes the best carne asada. The family-friendly event, held at the grounds of the San Antonio Charro Association, 6126 Padre Drive, will celebrate Northern Mexican cuisine and culture with food, music and more.
