San Antonio's first-ever combination IHOP-Applebee's will open early next year
After making the U.S. debut of its combined IHOP-Applebee's restaurant concept last month in Seguin, Dine Brands Global is already preparing to open another one — this time in San Antonio proper. The California-based restaurant group will spend $1.2 million to build its second area IHOP-Applebee's on the 2000 block of Loop 1604 at Marbach Road, state regulatory filings show. Construction will begin in June and complete next March, according to the company's filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
