San Antonio's Web House reopens after passing of owner Mikhail 'Mischka' Timofeyev

San Antonio's Web House Café & Bar has reopened after temporarily shutting down last week to mourn the death of its beloved owner, Mikhail "Mischka" Timofeyev. "Please honor Mischka’s memory by stopping in for a bite to eat or better still, toasting him with a shot of vodka," regular patron Kim Hubbeling said last Thursday in a Facebook post announcing the reopening. A friend has established a GoFundMe account to help Timofeyev's husband Manny cover funeral expenses.
