Reservation app OpenTable has ranked San Antonio's Signature at La Cantera as one of 2024's Top 100 Restaurants. Signature, overseen by chef John Carpenter and sous chef Jaime Torres, is known for serving Texas cuisine with a French flair. Its seasonal dishes include Axis venison, Spanish octopus and Australian Wagyu coulotte, among others.
