San Antonio's Revolución coffee shop taking over former Greenhouse Coffee space
Coffee shop and juice bar Revolución is taking over the Olmos Park space that previously housed Greenhouse Coffee, a short-lived venture from the owners of Michelin star-winning restaurant Mixtli. A temporary sign announcing the San Antonio-based chain's pending arrival hangs in the window of the strip-center space at 223 E. Hildebrand Ave., Suite 101. Revolución's website also lists the Olmos Park spot among its stores, which include an Alamo Heights flagship along with one each in downtown San Antonio and Austin.
