San Antonio's Hash Vegan Eatery hosting diet-friendly popup

HASH Vegan Eatery will host Food for Healing, a diet-sensitive popup showcasing vegetarian caterer Enlighten Veggie Food and its head chef, Michael Evans. The popup will take place Monday, Dec 8, at HASH, 5007 South Flores St., according to details shared by the restaurant's owners. "Chef Michael has been crafting recipes for sensitive diets, especially for people with illnesses and sensitivities, and is now sharing these culinary delights with the world on December 8th," Enlighten Veggie said in a statement.
