San Antonio's Alamo Biscuit Co. expanding again with River Walk location

Roughly a year after growing its footprint with locations at a local hospital and university, San Antonio's Alamo Biscuit Co. & Panaderia is expanding again, this time adding a location on the River Walk. The new Alamo Biscuit Co. location will bring loaded biscuits, brunch items and pan dulce to a downtown spot with river views from its patio, according to officials with the business. Alamo Biscuit Co. is owned by John Vale.
