San Antonio's Aguazul Seafood, a new concept from a Chopped winner, will launch next month
A new, turquoise-hued restaurant with a menu developed by chef Enrique Lozano, a former winner of the Food Network show Chopped, will bring coastal Mexican flavors to Balcones Heights. A project months in the making. Aguazul Seafood, 2831 NW Loop 410, is set for a mid-February launch, according to details shared by its owners.
