Rosa's Tacos To Go closes after serving San Antonio's West Side for 16 years
A beloved West Side food institution has ceased operation. Rosa's Tacos to Go revealed its closure late last month in a Facebook post, thanking customers for their support and "lasting memories." Known for its carne guisada, colorful decor and fresh flour tortillas, the taqueria had served up Mexican comfort food at 1721 Nogalitos St. since 2008. "We do want to extend our great gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful years you all have supported our business," Rosa's Facebook post read.
