Rio Grande Valley Mexican seafood chain Muelle 37 to open first San Antonio location

Muelle 37, a Rio Grande Valley-based chain of Mexican seafood restaurants, is angling to open its first San Antonio location early next year. The company will begin construction of a 6,000-square-foot eatery at 4729 W. Commerce St. in the West Side's Crosstowne Mercado, a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows. Work is expected to start in late September and wrap up in January, according to the document.
