Report: Smokeable hemp sold in San Antonio, other Texas cities tests over legal THC limit

Texans may get more than they bargain for when they buy what's marketed as legal hemp products at smoke shops and dispensaries around the state, according to a new Texas Monthly investigation. Texas Monthly Senior Editor Russell Gold bought smokable cannabis at eight dispensaries — two each in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston — and had them tested to see if they exceeded the legal limit of THC allowable in hemp.
