Rapper Travis Scott surprises San Antonio with pop-up concert for Final Four weekend
Rapper Travis Scott will play a pop-up show Sunday at San Antonio nightclub 1902, officials with the venue revealed via social media. Scott, a Houston native who briefly attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, is joined on the bill by Harlem rapper Sheck Wes, who went viral for the 2017 song "Mo Bamba." Held in tandem with Final Four weekend, the show appears designed to bring out big names in college basketball, not to mention revelers in town to support their favorite teams.
