Quebec breakfast chain Pür & Simple opening San Antonio location as part of U.S. expansion
Quebec-based breakfast restaurant chain Pür & Simple is poised to launch a San Antonio location as it moves to enter the U.S. market for the first time. A large sign on a vacant shopfront at the Stone Ridge Shopping Center shows an image of a sunny side-up egg in a loaded skillet and reads “Pür & Simple: Your new favorite brunch spot.” The chain's website lists the restaurant at 20821 U.S, Highway 281 North, Suite 116, as "Coming soon." Pür & Simple officials were unable for comment at press time on when the Stone Oak store will officially begin service.
