Panera Bread opening 2 more San Antonio locations
Following an August expansion into the Rio Grande Valley, Panera Bread is opening two additional Alamo City locations, officials from the fast-casual bakery and cafe chain said. The first of those stores, 4343 Medical Drive, will begin serving Oct. 29, while the second, 10610 Culebra Road, will open its doors Nov. 15. The new restaurants will be the ninth and tenth Panera Bread units in San Antonio, according to officials with the St. Louis-based company.
