New affordable housing complex debuts on San Antonio's North Side
A new affordable housing complex has opened in North Central San Antonio, offering apartments priced below market rate for qualifying individuals and families. The new residential community, Vista at Silver Oaks, is located at 13334 Brazil Drive near the intersection of Lockhill-Selma Rd. and N.W. Military Highway. The complex has 76 two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as on-site business and fitness centers and laundry facilities, according to officials with Opportunity Home, the city's public housing arm.
