New San Antonio Newk's Eatery locations could bring up to 450 jobs

Plans by Sandwich chain Newk's Eatery to open six to 10 new Alamo City locations will create as many as 450 jobs, company CEO Frank Paci told Current on Wednesday. Each of the restaurants, expected to open over the next five years, will employ 35 to 45 people, he explained. The Mississippi-based sandwich chain currently has roughly 10 locations spread across the state, but none yet in the Alamo City.
