Well, that niche dream can soon be a reality at the nation's first-ever combined IHOP-Applebee's location, set to open in the San Antonio suburb of Seguin early next year. Indeed, the IHOP-Applebee's hybrid concept is the brainchild of California-based Dine Brands Global and aims to generate more revenue than the restaurants would garner independently.
