Los Angeles-based Jinya Ramen Bar will open its second San Antonio location on Tuesday, Dec. 17, according to officials with the Japanese-style noodle chain. The new store is located on San Antonio's far West Side at 7010 W. Loop 1604 North, Suite 203.
