Judge rules San Antonio financial guru Brooklynn Chandler Willy must stay in jail as case proceeds
On Friday, a federal judge ruled that San Antonio investment adviser and radio host Brooklynn Chandler Willy must remain in jail while she's under indictment for obstruction of justice and other charges, the Express-News reports. Willy's attorney requested that she be released on bond, but U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth “Betsy” Chestney said the financial guru — who also faces at least three civil suits from former clients — poses too much risk to be on the streets, according to the daily.
