Holiday rooftop pop-up bar brings Christmas ski chalet vibes to downtown San Antonio hotel

Holiday pop-up bar Peppermint Peak has taken over the the rooftop bar at the River Walk's InterContinental Hotel, bringing with it festive decor, seasonal cocktails and fireside s'mores. For the pop-up, the hotel's High Praise drinkery — which includes both indoor and outdoor seating — will be decked with "pink peppermint-themed holiday decor, twinkling lights, feathered festoons and chalet-inspired comforts," according to organizers. Though there isn't a snowy peak anywhere near San Antonio, holiday music from dueling DJs will further add to the aprés-ski ambiance.
