Fried-chicken chain Zaxby's opens second San Antonio store

Get your stretchy pants ready. Georgia-based Zaxby's — a chain known for fried chicken, chicken wings and cheese curds — has opened its second Alamo City location, this one at 7304 Interstate 35 North in the Selma area, according to company officials. The new store will offer interior seating for up to 70 diners and will employ 100 people.
