Former Thomas J. Henry Law worker files suit alleging ex-CEO assaulted her
A former employee of Thomas J. Henry Law has filed a federal lawsuit alleging the San Antonio personal-injury law firm's then-CEO drugged and sexually assaulted her during a 2019 outing. The plaintiff, who worked for the company until 2022, also maintains that members of the firm subjected her to workplace hostility after the alleged incident. She's seeking unspecified monetary damages, according to the petition, filed this week in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio.
