Downtown bar La Ruina to hold charity event benefitting San Antonio Food Bank on Monday

Newish downtown-area drinkery La Ruina Ron y Mas will hold a one-night charity event to benefit the San Antonio Food Bank on Monday, March 27. At the heart of the fundraiser will be one of the most labor-intensive cocktails known to bartenders: the Ramos Gin Fizz. The Ramos Gin Fizz Charity Classic will feature La Ruina’s barkeeps — along with guest bartenders — shaking up $20 versions of the drink.
