Chicken chain Huey Magoo's will open 10 San Antonio restaurants

The chain that bills itself as "the filet mignon of chicken" will open 10 locations in San Antonio as part of a major expansion. Central Florida-based Huey Magoo's plans to set up 42 new franchise locations in Texas, Arizona and Virginia, CEO Andy Howard revealed this week. The push will take the fast-casual brand into a total of 15 states and give it 250 additional stores.
