California-based boba chain It’s Boba Time expands to Texas with first San Antonio location
San Antonio boba fans soon will have another spot to get their fix. California-based chain It’s Boba Time will open its first San Antonio location at 1201 N. Loop 1604 West #117 in the Vineyard Shopping Center this Wednesday, according to company officials.
