Burger pop-up Pumpers sets October opening date for brick-and-mortar location
San Antonio chef Stefan Bowers is making good on the promise he made back in March to open a brick-and-mortar location for his irreverent burger pop-up Pumpers. Bowers initially told the Current he hoped to open by July. However, the timeline has since been pushed back.
