Blu Lacy Smokehouse undergoes rebrand, makeover to become Castroville BBQ Co.

Castroville's Blu Lacy Smokehouse is getting a major rebrand — although it appears succulent smoked meat will remain the star of the show. The barbecue joint — owned and operated by Esaul Ramos Jr. and Joe Melig of San Antonio's renowned 2M Smokehouse — said in a Wednesday Instagram post that it's rebranding as Castroville BBQ Co.
