Amid regulatory scrutiny, San Antonio's USAA names Juan C. Andrade as new CEO

San Antonio-based USAA, facing federal scrutiny of its banking division, has named a new CEO to replace outgoing top officer Wayne Peacock. The board of the insurance and financial services firm on Tuesday named Juan C. Andrade as its new CEO, effective April 2. That's when Peacock, who announced his retirement last summer, is expected to step down.
